1. He/ she is expected to understand, follow and promote Nuplex safety practices.

2. Perform all tasks that assigned to him/ her in accordance with established job procedures, standard operating procedures, manuals, etc.

3. Close co-ordination with the field operator is a must.与作业员协调工作
4. He /She will help co-ordinating the activities for utility and tank farm areas, passing on information that may affect their area.

5. Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in their respective work place.

10. Routine production activities:日常生产活动
（1）Perform a proper shift break at the beginning and end of shift. 做好轮班首尾接续工作
（2）Co-ordinate and plan with field operator the task for the shift. 与作业员协调并安排轮班计划
（3）Perform product switch in PCS and monitor field operators’ progress. 关注作业领域作业员的工作进度
（4）Maintain good 5S standards for all his responsible area is a must. 在规定的区域进行5s操作.
（5）Co-ordinate field activities with control room on start-up and shutdowns.协调产区内的控制室的开启和关闭
（6）Perform LTCT when necessary. 必要的时候执行LTCT
（7）At low activity times, help others who may need it and work to learn other tasks in polymer.在空闲的时候, 帮助其他人并尝试学习其他有关聚合物方面的知识。
（8）Other tasks may be assigned to DCS technician. 其他DCS技术员需要完成的工作.
11. Troubleshooting:解决问题
Collect first-hand information and report to shift leader ASAP.收集第一手资料并尽快向轮班主管汇报。
12. Continuous improvement: 持续改进
（1）Improve production yields/quality.提高产品质量和收率。
（2）Improve problem-solving capability in the shift team.提高在轮班中解决问题的能力。

Working Experience相关工作经验
1. Minimum 1 year working experience in chemical plant with chemical background 有化工背景的需要至少一年化工企业工作经验
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in a chemical plant if no chemical background.无化工背景则至少需要两年化工企业工作经验
3. No work experience in a chemical plant with BS degree school.无化工经验的具有学士学位的毕业生。
Technical Knowledge专业知识技能
1. Basic safety awareness. 了解基本的安全知识
2. Basic chemical process knowledge.对化工工艺有一定的了解
3. Must be able to understand relevant English messages. 能看懂相关的英文信息
4. Good at Windows, Office2000. 擅长办公软件
