职位描述：
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Overall planning of Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety activities. Schedule and coordinate training programs for emergency response, Equipment and employee safety, first aid, EHS awareness promotion in site;
2. Work closely with Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Committee to set up safety procedures and ensuring it is totally integrated within the operational systems;
3. Promote accident prevention programs, including accident/incident investigation, EHS training, EHS promotion campaign, contractor management, and work permits etc;
4. Coordinate the process to conduct regular EHS Selfassessment, internal audit and inspection, identify gap and develop long-term action to continual improve EHS performance;
5. Develop EHS training courses and conduct EHS training for all employees (managers, supervisors, foremen and operators), to improve their capabilities of management and participation;
6. Assessing machine guarding risk, occupational disease and work related safety hazards, and define PPE and occupational health physical examination program;
7. Record safety accidents and create the preventive countermeasure accordingly, Investigate and report accidents and followup on legal processes and recommendations arising there from;
8. Ensure MSDSs are accurate and updated as required. Ensure fire fighting protection system is in good working condition at all times by a systematic testing and maintenance procedure;
9. Communicate with government authorities and coordinate all EHS issues pertaining to the company to ensure the legal compliance and high standard of occupational health, safety and environment protection;
10. Perform other duties as assigned from Supervisor.


REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or EHS certification from recognized organization is preferred;
2. Above 5 years’ experience on EHS management in multinational company with knowledge and understanding of China laws and regulations relating to each discipline;
3. Knowledge on equipment and chemical safety, fire prevention, risk mitigation related to loss prevention field;
4. Familiarity with international standards, such as ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHS18001, is required;
5. Effective communication, planning and team work is required;
6. Good coaching & facilitation skills;
7. Good language skills and abilities in English and Mandarin;
