1. SUMMARY概述
The Assembly Operator is responsible for all welding activities that will allow TomoTherapy to provide products that meet customer needs and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
生产辅助装配工负责并协助多个生产环节的生产过程，从而使得TomoTherapy公司提供给客户的产品能够满足客户的要求。

3. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Production & Operations制造与运作
? Responsible for the preparation of materials to start production through packaging.
负责从备料开始到检测装箱整个加工过程中的配合与支持从而生产出合格的产品。

o Machined part deburring 修边去毛刺
o Cleaning and surface treatment 清洗表面
o Leak testing 漏检测试
o General Assembly 整管装配
o Bakeout and exhaust 烘烤排气

o Potting灌胶
o Packing包装
? Ensure that the correct setup parameters are used for the correct assembly being welded
能正确地设置参数用于焊接中正确装配。
? Maintain good safety and housekeeping practices
维护良好的安全与工作环境。
? Assist in development of manufacturing instructions that document and control the manufacturing process.
协助发展制造文件并遵守文件控制的流程。
? Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine, within capabilities, controls or control media as required to insure quality of production. Reports all machine malfunctions to immediate supervisor.
发现设备故障或者加工超出公差范围时立刻向直接主管汇报,，并在能力范围及保护公司利益的前提下采取适当纠正行动。
? Assist the development of manufacturing tool and fixture requirements, and promote ongoing control.
协助发展制造所需的工具和工装，并使其受控。
? Assist the training of manufacturing area personnel, as required.
根据需要帮助对本工序其他员工进行培训。
? Assist in deployment of product changes (CN’s) to ensure correct implementation.
协助配合生产改进，保证纠正措施执行。
? Assist the development of facility requirements to accommodate production, including workflow, shelving, other storage, and workstations.
协助制定生产辅助设施，包括材料，储存和工位。
? Provide feedback to Manufacturing or Quality Engineering personnel concerning manufacturing needs and product enhancements that would improve both quality and ease of manufacturing of the product.
提出合理化建议帮助生产工程师或者质量工程师改进产品质量和提高产量。
? Interface and support regulatory affairs as required to help ensure production processes and facilities are in accordance with SFDA, ISO, Ministry of Environmental Protection and other applicable regulations.
根据SFDA、ISO、环境保护部门以及其他部门要求，对外部事务进行支持以保证生产流程。
? Implementation and use of special facility controls that may be required, for example Cleanroom practices, cleanliness, etc.
负责保持设备和工作区域清洁和有序，以及设备维护、保养及简单的故障排除。
? Responsible for the other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor with appropriate authority of company.
完成公司及直接主管安排的其他任务。
3.2 SAFETY AND QUALITY安全与质量
? Ensure safety and quality considerations and requirements are pro-actively addressed and implemented in product production processes.
保证安全和质量并根据需要主动贯彻执行生产工艺流程。
? Assist in the timely resolution of safety and quality issues raised by customers or staff.
及时协助解决客户和同事提出的安全质量隐患。
? Supports Twin Peak’s Quality System and Safety and Health Program by following procedures and advising others.
支持双峰的质量系统和安全健康体系程序并听从其他人的警告。
3.3 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS体能要求
? The employee must regularly lift and/or move physical inventory weighting up to 75 pounds.
? 员工应能够提起或者移动75磅的货物。
? The employee is frequently required to climb ladders, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required during the manufacturing of Twin Peak’s components. 员工在安装双峰的部件时候，要求能够频繁的爬楼梯，跪下、蹲下或者爬行。
? The employee must be able to spend long periods of time standing.

4. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS任职资格
? Middle School education
中学学历。
? Two years experience in production environment
最少有2年或以上的生产环境经验。
? Five years experience working in manufacturing activities.
5年实际制造工作经验。
? Must possess basic math skills to include but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication, division for the purpose calculating material fabrication
必须具有基本的数学知识，包括但不限于加减乘除。
? Knowledge and application of precision measuring instruments and the application of such instruments. Instruments should include but not limited to calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gages, indicators and scales.
? 有装配和测量知识和经验，测量器械包括但不限于测径器，游标卡尺、千分尺、塞尺、角尺的使用及读数。
? Two years experience with safety and health and ISO 9001 quality system requirements.
