About Gleneagles Shanghai Hospital

Gleneagles Shanghai Hospital is a 450-bed multi-specialty tertiary hospital codeveloped by Parkway Pantai Limited and Shanghai Hongxin Medical Investment Holding Co Ltd. As the only foreign joint venture general hospital in the Shanghai New Hong Qiao International Medical Center, Gleneagles Shanghai adopts international standards in hospital design and management philosophy to deliver a world-class patient experience when it opens in 2020.
The hospital will leverage Parkway Pantai’s existing network of medical centres in Shanghai and its close proximity to the Hongqiao airport and high speed railway station to provide integrated healthcare services for residents in the Yangtze River Delta and beyond.
Parkway Pantai is one of Asia’s largest integrated private healthcare groups. It operates 31 hospitals with more than 6,000 beds in Singapore, Malaysia, India, China, Brunei and United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:
? Search for proper candidate on various positions approved by management
? Lead through the whole recruitment process from contacting candidate (cold call) to manage the contracts with the confirmed candidate.
? Manage the HR related matters.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 2 years experience in a high volume technical recruiting environment with an emphasis on candidate screening and assessment
- Excellent communication and well-developed interviewing and assessment skills Experience in recruiting form
- Possesses knowledge of local labor markets, unemployment rates, competitive trends, and ethical standards and employment laws
- Excellent writing and speaking language skills in both Chinese and English
- Strong analysis, negotiation and interpersonal skills 举报 分享
