职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Act as technical lead for the team.
2. Study Core Network 3GPP specifications.
3. Processes system/feature requirements to user stories that can be used by developers to implement the feature.
4. Design procedures for user stories based on 3GPP specifications.
5. Act as a main contact point between the team and other teams, system architects and other experts.
6. Find out open and unclear issues in the requirements and find out answers to those open issues.
7. Team work (not only with own team) and product quality commitment.
Job Main Requirements:
1. Good English language skills (read, listening, speak) and is ready to use the skills.
2. Knowledge or experiences on Telecom, core network.
3. Has experience in object oriented SW development (e.g. with Java or C++)
4. Can make decisions.
5. Have technology knowledge and design skills.
6. Clear communication (requests, listens, challenges).
7. Able to customer communication (e.g. architect meetings, user story workshops, sprint planning, Demo).
8. Willingness & ability to learn new things.
Other Requirements:
1. Basic understanding in UML (sequence diagrams, class diagrams, state diagrams).
2. Can read and understand 3GPP specifications.
3. Can get understanding of meaning of the feature in context of the whole system.
4. Can decompose the feature/problem into smaller pieces.
5. Can understand interfaces and their meaning.
6. Is able to communicate requirements, functionalities and design of a feature to the team.
7. Is able to help/guide developers to design the feature implementation and takes care of different quality attributes, like (Performance, Availability, reusability...)
8. Is able to understand requirements in feature context.
9. Is able to see open and unclear issues in the requirements and can find out answers to those issues.
10. Is able to communicate requirements, functionalities and design of a feature to the team.
11. Is able to decide what's significant and what's not, from architecture point of view (not sticking to minor issues).
