Major responsibilities/主要职责:
1、Finish maintenance process set up, complete related procedures;
2、Downtime rate control, analysis and find the solution to reduce the downtime rate within 5%;
3、Set-up equipment spare parts system, complete the procedures to control;
4、complete the daily equipment control including (equipment registration, preventive maintenance plan/cards, daily monitoring equipment documentation work)
5、Take care of plant facilities including power/gas/water, maintenance regularly, downtime within 2hours
6、Buildings maintenance and take in charge of defects repair;
7、Solve the waste water issues, control the treated water to meet requirement;
8、Works with production to implement 5S for the machines;
9、Make improvement for equipment to increase productivity by 2 cases.

Requirement profile/需求简介:
1.Marjor in mechanical engineering or relative subject,college above;
2.3 years above experience in maintenace area;
3.Better communication capability with English background;
4.Creative& innovative and have nice team-work spirit.
