Duties and Responsibilities:
1、Assist Project Manager in creating all the project deliverables for initiating, planning, execution, controlling and closing phases;
2、To ensure that the works are in accordance to the approved work schedules and quality;
3、Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;

4、Clerical and project documentation support to Project Manager on projects;

5、Maintain communication with English and Chinese speaking associates to ensure proper coordination of projects;

6、Oversee and execute other project management duties as assigned;

7、Assistant Project Manager in day to day tasks.

Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited university or college;
2、Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences in multinational company plus at least 1 year project management experience;

3、Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency;
4、Great team player with excellent organizing and communication skill;
5、Strong spoken and written English, good translating skill;
6、 Proficient in use of MS Office Suite.
