Job Description:

- 基站侧LTE MAC层协议软件开发。根据软硬件架构，实现MAC层的功能模块的设计开发。
- eNodeB MAC Layer software development。Design and develop MAC layer functionality module according to HW&SW architecture.
- 层间接口和通道的维护。与PHY团队密切配合，参与PHY/MAC层间接口的升级及问题定位。
- Maintain intra-layer interface and tunnel. Work closely with PHY team to participate in PHY/MAC layer interface update and address issue.
- 维护和开发PHY/MAC的测试框架。优化PHY/MAC测试流程，创建标准化测试库，支持PHY/MAC的不同测试需求。
- Maintain and develop PHY/MAC test framework. Optimize PHY/MAC test procedure, generate standard test lib, support PHY/MAC various test requirement.
- MAC模拟器软件工具的维护和优化
- Maintain and optimize MAC simulator tool.

任职要求
Required profile:

- 本科及以上学位，通信工程，软件工程，计算机科学，电子工程等相关专业。
- Bachelor or above. Major in Telecommunication Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science and Electronic Engineering or related.
- 2年以上LTE协议栈开发相关经验。
- 2+ year with LTE protocol development experience.
- 熟悉LTE协议。至少熟悉MAC/RRC/RLC/PDCP其中一种。
- Familiar with LTE protocol. At least one of MAC/RRC/RLC/PDCP is required.
-具备较好的C/C++语言开发经验, 熟悉Linux实时系统的开发特性, 具有任务/内存管理经验.
- Good at C/C++ programming. Be Familiar with Linux real-time system development property. Has experience of task, memory management.
- 有Freescale 基站平台开发经验优先。
- Experience of Freescale base station platform development is preferred.
- 良好的团队合作及沟通能力，工作积极主动。
- Good at collaboration and team work. Positive attitude in working.
- 良好的英文读写能力。
