职位描述：

Job Description

1. Responsibility for planning ,coordination in order to achieve schedule.

2. Provide regular project communication and status reporting.

3. Resolves project issues including timeline and scope.

4. Leads project team in the resolution of customer project issues , escalating to appropriate parties as needed.

5. Works with development team to resolve customer project issues.

6. Identifies project resource requirements and plan long term project resource requirements.

7. Assesses project performance and documents and communicates lessons learned to increase institutional knowledge.

8. Generates Statement of Work and customer proposal documents.

9. Builds collaborative relationship that increases customer’s perception of the project and expands future business opportunities.

Required Skills

1. Experience and success consultant and implementation services.

2. Retail industry experience an advantage.

3. Outstanding presentation, communication and negotiation skills.

4. Customer-focused account management skills.

5. Knowledge and understanding of the consulting services offering and complexity of implementations.

6. Project management certification as advantage.
