Yield Enhancement Engineering is a branch of Product Engineering, in charge of all released products. As yield enhancement engineer, you will act as a product owner and project leader for below responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Product level qualification for new fab, new bumping house, new assembly house and new test house. Work closely with different groups to start the qualification process, watch closely for project schedule, and complete the qualification in a timely manner.

2. Lead product quality and reliability improvement activities from design/device/layout to fab/bump/test process details and ensure released products comply with specifications and tolerance. Lead key initiatives to achieve this.

3. Perform investigations for yield drop and low yield issues and lead corrective actions.

4. Settle the plan and schedule to solve technical issues by cross-department co-work as a project leader.

5. Data analysis, issue debugging and failure root cause understanding.

6. Cost reduction activities.

7. Shipment support.

8. Customer support.

Requirements:

1. Master degree or Bachelor degree with 3+ years experience in semiconductor company

2. Have good semiconductor knowledge including circuit design, fab process, package & test.

3. Self-motivated and able to work independently.

4. Good communication skill and good written/oral English

5. Ability to work with minimal supervision, multi-task.

6. Creative thinking and ability to solve technical problems based on personal expertise and leveraging of technical resources and networking

7. Ability to work well in a cross-functional team and cross-site environment

8. Have product engineering experience in a semiconductor related company is preferred
