职位描述：
1. 在工程部经理的领导下,负责接收、发放及保管工程部的书函文件、合同、招投 标文件、设计图纸与设计变更,以及书籍等资料的收集、借阅和管.理资料。
2. 按监理、总包、业主单位要求及时编制工程资料（检验批、质保资料、验收资料等）、报验。按时完成竣工资料和竣工图的编写绘制、收集归档。与各相关参建单位及时沟通，跟踪签章后收回、归类整理备查；
3. 及时按收发文制度，收集整理施工过程中图纸、技术资料、洽商记录、会议纪要等，归类备查；
4. 负责对施工部位、完成情况的汇总、申报，按月编制施工统计表；
5. 配合项目经理做好验收接待工作；
6. 对外与各相关参建单位沟通协调工程资料定稿、调整等事项；对内与工程部、技术部沟通，准确无误地做好资料。
7.能够对施工图纸进行简单的算量。
任职要求:
1、建筑类专业大专及以上学历，独立完成1个完整的机电安装工程项目资料及以上优先。
2、工程造价专业应届毕业生优先。
3、熟练操作WORD、EXCEL、PPT等办公软件、CAD绘图软件；熟悉水电暖安装施工图。
4、学习能力强，较强的沟通协调能力，良好的团队合作精神，做事细致有耐心，有责任心。
5、能适应施工现场，刻苦耐劳、勇于接受挑战和承受工作压力。
6、有一定英语基础者优先。
