Position: Customer Service Executive 客服专员
Job Summary:
Responsible for Managing and coordinating the shipment process through liaison with the parties involved to ensure the smooth delivery of shipper's items
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Advising on the rates for booking of sea freight and airfreight
? Preparing draft OBL / AWB and submitting to the respective shipping / airfreight agent and
issuing of insurance policy
? Providing sales support by ensuring all documentation required for a smooth customs clearance are in order
? Sending of pre-alert to destination office / agent of the shipment as soon as vessel's departs
? Handling of complaints, service recovery, claims and insurance
? Booking with shipping Agents, etc.
? Responding to shippers's enquiries as needed
? Follow up with destination office / agent until shipment is being delivered and shipper has received shipment
in good condition.
? Billing of invoices to meet deadlines
? Undertaking follow ups and follow up documentation
Requirement:
1. College degree or above
2. Ideal candidate will be a sales oriented attitude for providing customer service.
3. Outgoing personality, willing to speak with customers over the phone on a regular basis both
in Chinese and English.
4. One year working experience is preferred; sales or customer service experience in logistics
industry preferred.
5. Proficient English skills, can communicate with foreigners
6. Computer literate with excel, word and outlook abilities
7. Strong ability in organizing and coordinating.
8. Can work under pressure
