Task
-Order placement
Plan and create purchase orders to ensure material supply in time
Monitoring of delivery times and reminding in case of need
First step of escalation management
-Supplier management
Supplier management and evaluation
Unsupervised planning and performance of supplier audits
Contract negotiations
-Procurement logistics
Development of the preferred procurement models

Competencies
- Profess. Knowledge: Logistics / Commercial Processes in Procurement Environment
- Methodologies: Supply Chain Management / Logistics
- Methodologies: IT Tools and methods
- Profess. Knowledge: English

Experience
-Operational experience in material planning is preferred
-Internships in relevant areas
-Supply chain / logistics and procurement experience
-Experience in an international company is preferred
