Position Summary:
This position is within HARMAN’s Corporate Division, headquartered in Stamford, CT with approximately 14,000 employees around the world. The HR People Continuity team is looking for the ultimate team player and seasoned manager to support Corporate, the Regions and Divisions globally in Talent Management and Talent Acquisition. The Successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success with hands on execution in developing and implementing policies, procedures and processes to meet our business needs globally.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have any direct or indirect reports.
Position Summary:
This position is to complete and design Vehicle/IOC software for infotainment system. IOC function main includes Power Mode, IOC Application, CAN network and Diagnostic etc.

Job Responsibilities:
? Responsible IOC software development and design.
? Vehicle domain topics includes
o Design and develop the power mode, IOC SWDL, FAN Control, Watchdog, Sensors, Persistency, Level Monitor, Temperature Management, Periphery Control, IOC Trace of the infotainment, T-BOX and Cluster system.
o IOC SW Platform design and design
o CAN network and Diagnosis design and test. Cooperate with AME team to finish EOL test.
o Lower chip driver development and app service development.
o Cooperated with SOC team to finish function development. Support hardware team to complete EMC test.
o Cooperated with Global team to develop different IOC modules.
o Provide essential support to customers.
Basic Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s or Master degree in electronics/Computed science and technology/Automation/Physics or similar degree.
? At least 5 years embedded software design , development and Automotive industry background
? Strong C experience and IOC SW development experience. Proficient C++ and CAN/Vehicle Service is plus.
? Familiar with Renesas V850/RH850 or SH2 MCU experience is highly preferred.
? Familiar with at least one type RTOS(ucos/OSEK/AUTOSAR)
? Familiar with CAN software design and development.
? Familiar with CANoe/VSPY or related tool.
? Good English skills is plus.
