职位描述：
1、负责房源和客户的开发和维护,接待与咨询,提供全方位,专业的房地产置业服务；为业主和客户提供房屋、车位信息咨询并收集意向信息 ；
2、了解客户需求，促成房屋买卖或租赁业务，并负责业务跟进和房屋过户手续办理等后续服务工作；
3、根据部门总体市场策略制定自己的市场的销售计划。
4、能全面掌握市场变化规律以及竞争对手情况，注意市场结构的变化。具备总结分析能力。
5、掌握市场动态，积极适时，建立详实的客户档案。
 任职资格：
1、有一定的资源和渠道优先；有一年以上的房产销售工作经验优先；
2、对销售工作有较高的热情，对投资行业感兴趣；
3、具备较强的学习能力和沟通能力；
4、性格开朗，形象气质佳；
工作内容：负责写字楼招商，维护客户与房东关系
1、收集、发布房屋出租、出售信息；
2、接待客户，提供专业的房产咨询服务；
3、了解客户需求，推荐匹配的房屋信息；
4、陪同客户看房，进行谈判，促成交易；
