Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies and drive quality plan of the Clinical Trial operations.
Make recommendations to management on follow-up actions to resolution.
Support and facilitate audits and regulatory inspections.
Risk assessment of processes.
Lead implementation of new regulations.
Continuous quality improvement in supplier site and supplier parts.
Coordinate quality training and overall in charge of SOP.
Other tasks assigned by direct superior.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor degree or above in quality engineering or similar disciplines.
Minimum 6 years’ experience of Quality Engineer / Supply Quality Engineer.
Certifications in Six Sigma / Quality.
Ability:
Verbal Reasoning: above average of managerial / professional level within Engineering, Science & Technology comparison group
Mechanical Comprehension: above average
Numerical Reasoning: above average of managerial / professional level within Engineering, Science & Technology comparison group
Inductive Reasoning: above average of managerial / professional level within Engineering, Science & Technology comparison group
Knowledge:
Excellent knowledge in quality standards such as ISO 9000, QS 9000 VDA6.1 or TS16949.
Skill:
Language: Good command of English & Mandarin both in written and oral.
Computer skills: Mastery of MS Office software.
