Job Responsibilities:
1\In charge of AP and intercompany reconciliation.
2\Check and monitor purchase process and payment process to ensure payment settled properly and timely.
3\Prepare reconciliation and some related cost analysis report.
4\Support the inquiry for various expenses from cross functional department.
5\Help to monitor high value POSM and control the stock borrowed by employee.
6\Fixed assets booking, physical counting and perform reconciliation between physical and books.
Requirements:
1\Degree major in Finance, Accounting with At least 2 years relevant work experiences, regarding strong candidate with high potential, 1 year plus working experience could be considered.
2\Experience in Free trade zone, knowledge of the tax law is definitely a strong plus;
3\Can use Accounting software, SAP knowledge and skills is desirable.
4\Strong skills on Microsoft office
5\Basic English communication skills.
