职位描述
Job Description
1. Location: Beijing
2. Geographical Coverage: North China incl. Northeast & Northwest
3. Coordinate and implement company sales/management policy in the region
4. Develop & implement regional sales strategy in line with business plan of China Sales Team to achieve & exceed sales goals
5. Oversees the establishment of sales policies and programs for regional sales operations
6. Works closely with other regional sales managers to establish sales goals and territories, ensuring team sales objectives are being achieved
7. Assisting in building up regional sales team in line with the growth plan of China Sales Team
8. Identify key sales opportunities, help in developing winning proposals/sales propositions of major accounts
9. Maintain familiarity with and constantly evaluates competition's products, prices, strategies, etc. info and feedback to the management for strategy setting
10. Coordinate with the Marcom team on the advertising, promotion and literature localization
Qualifications
1. Five plus years specifically in direct sales & account management including the experience to manage the people
2. Prefer a minimum of Three years' experience in the Pro AV or ICT Industry
3. Ability to influence through effective verbal and written communication skills, both Mandarin & English
4. Self-starter, highly motivated and collaborative approach to work within a team environment, ability to solve problems
5. Willingness to travel, as needed to support job scope. up to 50% travel
