JOB TITLE: Senior Product Management Specialist Hose

BROAD FUNCTION

1.Marketing (sales preparations, creation of marketing concepts and sales directives, setting and following up the updated annual forecasts and medium-term goals in terms of quantity and quality, observation of the market and the competition)

2.Sales control (definition of market development priorities in terms of sales, managing by figures)

3.Product range development (elaboration of requirements specifications and brief concepts, coordination of production processing and design, product range support and controlling) for defined products and ranges for the company as a package.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)MARKET PLANNING

1.Determine product type and product range for the assigned market and region.

2.Generate detailed product release information for use by sales staff and customers.

3.Undertake market forecasting and trend analysis for marketing and production purposes


2)MARKET DEVELOPMENT

1.Support the implementation of national sales, marketing and business strategies for REHAU Hose products;

2.Conduct market / competitor / product research (market intelligence)

3.Research customer needs and satisfaction feedback

4.Develop new customer and industry area for hose products, Expand existing distribution channels and develop new distribution channels based on Hose products development result

5.Initiate marketing activities, marketing events, and exhibitions to promote product branding and acceptance level

6.Organize marketing / sales support through product brochures, demo, samples boxes etc.


3)PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

1.Evaluate product suitability and market acceptance of products via sales channels and key clients.

2.Approach Product Development and related analysis on :application, market segmentation, COST, Profitability and Volume forecast

3.Liaise with related departments: plant operations, product development, purchasing;

4.Initiate and support appropriate pilot programs to test customer and market receptivity. 举报 分享
