职位描述：

Job Description:
1.Communicate with each BU and DC, collect and clarify sales forecast, alsoconsider historical customer demand to make long term delivery plan.
2.Inventory control for local and oversea DC (parameter review, shortageanalysis and bad indent control), keep healthy stock level in each DC, continueto reduce unhealthy ratio.
3.Suggest production planning strategy under consideration of historical demandand forecast, support with weekly and daily production planning according tocustomer order or project team request
4.Suggest raw material and Semi finished goods inventory strategy to supportproduction strategy.
5.Make montlhy procurement forecast, monitor and improve the forecast accuracy.
6.Incharge of OTDS& OTDC. Analysis OTDs for Local and HubAsia & driveaction to improve OTDs.(OTDs>97.5%)
7.Master data maintaince and new project master data creation in SAP andrelated systems.
8.Material availability control.
9.Prepare kinds of report. ( UD Report , D&R report…).
10.Keep closely communication with production team, procurement team etc. in order to make the supply chain moresmoothly.

Requirement:

• Bachelor major in logistics or international trading, industrial engineering or relevant subjects is required,Bachelor degree or above majored in Supply Chain, Logistics or Industrial Engineering is ideal.
• 5 years Logistic experiences in manufacturing companies, knowledge on MRP logic,competent with SAP or other ERP system, 2 years above worked as master planner in global EMS or manufacture company.
