职位描述：

Tasks/工作职责:

- Circuit & layout design for new product development,

- 新产品电路设计

- Engineering verification test, sample evaluation, pilot run review to make sure mass production is ready

- 负责对产品进行工程验证，样品确认，试产样和量产前确认及报告提交

- Participate in existed product technical improvements or satisfying customer requirement.

- 负责参与现有电子产品技术改进
Documentation task for all the stage of the project development

- 参与项目开发过程并完成相应的文件化任务

- Coordination with external authorities in terms of certificates

- 就证书事宜与外部机构合作

- Coordination and cooperation with German HQ’s R&D

- 和德国总部研发人员沟通合作

Requirements/要求:

- Self-motivated and passionate, able to work independent and as part of an international team, good communication skills

- 热情有上进心，沟通能力强，作为国际团队一员，能独立胜任工作

- Bachelor degree in Electronics related

- 电子相关专业学士学位

- At least 3 years R&D working experience

- 3年以上研发工作经验

- Strong interpersonal communication skills, team player

- 很好的沟通技能和团队合作精神

- English fluently. Able to exchange ideas and conduct meeting across the phone with German team.

- 熟练使用英文，可以和德国团队无障碍沟通

- Capability of analog & digital circuit design,C programming, familiar with Altium or Eagle Designer.

- 熟练模拟、数字电路设计，C 语言编程，熟练掌握Altium 或 Eagle 相关设计软件

- Experience in working for an international company is preferred

- 有跨国公司工作经验者优先
