Position Summary:
This position is responsible for managing and reporting of complex global initiatives in Automotive Outsourcing.
Responsible to analyze and interpret complex cost models, review price changes due to currency fluctuations and
part cost reductions. Reviews and analyzes quarterly price proposals from EMS suppliers including revaluation of
inventory and excess and obsolete claims. Creates Procurement savings reports and fully participates in cost analysis of Make vs Buys decisions.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no direct reports.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible to work with Outsource Category Managers to develop and report on financial impact of outsource
strategy.
? Analyzes costing information to achieve best of BOM scenario with EMS supplier
? Support supplier negotiations by preparing program specific detailed cost reports
? Supports supplier RFQ process and make-buy through best BOM analysis
? Conduct regular material cost true up, revaluation process with Suppliers
? Manages and supports material price updates, uploads in SAP and Audits
? Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel to create material forecasting reports
? Identify cost reduction opportunities and supports Event Driven Cost Reductions
? Coordinate with EOL coordinator any End Of life notifications
? Interfaces directly with suppliers to resolve pricing, costing or price sharing conflicts
? Responsible for maintaining SAP Info Records
Basic Qualifications:
? Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or accounting.
? 2+ years’ experience with manufacturing costing and business financial analyst with Bill of Material and Component Pricing.
? 2+ years working experience with SAP with focus on Info Records
? Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required including the ability to perform advanced V-Lookups and pivot tables
? Flexibility on working hours based on workload
? Fluent English language knowledge, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
? Bex Analyzer knowledge an advantage
? Strong working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel (macros, formulas, pivot tables) and.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including SharePoint) .
? Motivated individual who is detail oriented and possesses strong analytical and organizational skills.

Eligibility Requirements:
? Willingness to travel 5-10%.
? Willingness to work in a Shanghai, China office.
