Responsibilities
-Insures that all Sales personnel meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
-Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
-Sets examples for Sales personnel in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
-Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Sales personnel to build motivation and selling skills.
-Maintains contact with all internal and external clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
-Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Requirements
-5-7 years of experience in sales management.
-Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
-Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
-Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
-Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
-Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
-Degree holder in related business
-To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty identified above.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
-Business acumen including a good sense of how to utilized to improve business processes and profits are required.

-在销售业务上全权代表公司履行公司权利, 承担相应责任和义务。
-为销售人员树立榜样, 包括责任承担、组织计划、销售技巧和工作习惯。
-定期培训和辅导销售人员,建立激励机制、教授销售技巧。
-与内部和外部客户保持紧密联系,以确保客户高满意度。
-与公司内部员工良好的人际沟通及合作能力。
任职资格:
- 5-7年的销售管理经验。
-具有使用企业管理软件及在大型组织服务经验。
-在与供应商关系管理方面有丰富经验。
-充分了解客户需求和市场动态。
-能适应出差和国际化工作环境。
-能够出色地领导销售团队。
-大专及以上商科相关专业。
-能够出色完成工作,并且能履行以上每项职责。
-具有较强的口头和书面表达技巧。
-具有商业头脑,包括如何改进业务流程和获得利润的意识。
