PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
The responsibilities below cover all the positions of QMS Engineer, Project Quality Engineer and Supplier Quality Engineer.

？ Quality requirements for project
？ Before starting of project, review quality requirements and ensure the requirements feasible.
？ List all requirements for QC execution and define the way how to carry out the requirements.
？ Monitor execution of requirements in all process of project.

？ Quality documentation
？ Prepare Inspection and Test Plan for project and ensure it carried out in order.
？ Check inspection records and approve inspection and test reports.
？ Compile MDR.
？ Maintain all documents including photos for the project in charge.

？ Testing
？ Based on quality requirement for a project, monitor and ensure the execution of the test by/at third party.

？ Quality failure investigation and corrective action
？ Organize related departments to investigate quality failure and come up with a solution.
？ Spread basis principle of ISO 9001 among functions or departments when working together with them.
？ Guide related departments to deal with quality problems from perspective of ISO 9001.

？ Quality management system and cost of quality
？ Maintain ISO 9001 system and ensure continuous improvement.
？ Collect and analyze quality data and give report.
？ Provide information for "supplier questionnaire" from potential client and deal with client audit.
？ Manage calibration of measuring equipment and tools.
？ Organize internal audit and management review.

？ Supplier quality control
？ Assist Purchasing/Project Manager taking part in evaluation of new supplier.
？ Organize investigation of quality failure related to supplier.
？ Review supplier performance regularly and give outcome.

Related work experience相关工作经验
？ More than five years of work experience in Quality Management in pressure vessel manufacturing industry.
？ Having more than one year work experience in mechanical design or manufacture is preferred.
？ More than one year of work experience in international environment is preferred.

Formal education or equivalent教育背景
？ Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design/manufacturing or welding technology or metal material science is required. Chemical machinery Bachelor or above is preferred.

Basic skills技能
？ Fluent in written and spoken English.
？ Having used AutoCAD to do engineering job for more than 2 months.
？ Good communication skill.

Other其他
？ Analyze problem logically and able to provide solution from all perspectives.
？ Familiar with local and international material/design Codes, inspection and test Standards.
