Introduction:
Sulzer is Swiss based multinational company, with its main activities in Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbon Processing, Power Generation. The company operates 4 main divisions:

?Sulzer Chemtech
?Sulzer Turbo Services
?Sulzer Metco
All divisions except Sulzer Turbo Services have significant operations in China already. Sulzer Turbo Services is in the process of setting up their first venture in China.

The main, initial, activity will be the service of traction motors and generators for mainline, urban & metro and high speed rail. Our first service center is planned for Suzhou with 2 others shortly following after that in Guangzhou and Beijing area(s).

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for leading the sales & business development of Electrical Traction Motors / Equipment for customers in all aspects of growth and profitability including growth playbook, integrated account planning, opportunity identification, and value communication.
-Owns sales operating plan for China.
-Establish and maintain relationships with OEM's
-Provide monthly inputs to General Manager and operationally work with team to meet quarterly targets.
-Establish and maintain customer relationship inclusive of higher management level.
-Provide sales leadership to co-ordinate, support and motivate Independent Third Parties in meeting yearly sales target. Review key initiatives to increase channels effectiveness.
-Develop strategic plans to pursue key deals. Proactively educate and influence customer business decisions using practical solutions to drive results.
-Supervise all stages of proposal, bidding and negotiation; then lead team to close deals.
-Team with local Sales Agents in leveraging customer relationship and leads.
-Understand market dynamics, trends and competition. Provide feedback in order to guide product, promotions, price and go-to market strategies.

Requirements:
-Min. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and / or Electrical Engineering. MBA is desirable.
-5-10 years working experience in Sales or Business Development with successful track records in the target industry.
-Strong knowledge in Electrical Traction Motors / Systems or Bogies in general.
-Since this is a new venture we need a flexible attitude and pioneering skills.
-Good exposure to the industry.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationships / team building. Must be a team builder and team player.
-Customer orientated. Growth mindset.
-Proactive work style, creativity, energetic, self-motivator who keeps current with industry trends and knowledge.
-Excellent negotiating and closing skills.
