Job description
Respond to user request of process automation
Convert business requirement into IT solution
Research and develop program or tool to automate operation process
Maintain and upgrade existing automation tools to support business requirement change
Draft and update documents of automation tools
Deliver training to end-users
Share knowledge and good practice within team
On an ad-hoc basis as an internal consultant to review Damco business operation process, seek opportunity of process improvement
Job requirement
University Degree or equivalent qualification
Analytical and curious
Be familiar with
Database building, e.g. SQL development
At least 1 of below IT development tools but not limited
- C/C#
- HTML
- VB/VBA
Previous exposure to process improvement project, IT development and implementation project
Damco SCM knowledge is a plus
Fluent Mandarin is required, professional English and presentation will be advantages
Good interpersonal and communication skills
