职位描述：
1、负责行政人事部日常事务管理与执行；
2、负责招聘、培训、薪酬、考核、员工关系等人力资源日常管理事宜；
3、负责办理入职、转正、晋升、调薪、离职等手续；
4、负责员工档案、劳动合同、人事档案、人事异动、社会保险、入职培训、员工关系等进行有效管理；
5、负责公司行政费用审核工作，组织公司行政采购计划、行政费用的拟定；
6、负责公司证照的办理及对外公关事务处理；
7、积极完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、行政管理，人力资源相关专业本科及以上学历，年龄22－30，形象气质佳；
2、熟悉人事、行政、社保等相关法规及人力资源各版块工作内容；
3、具有一定人力资源及行政管理能力，良好的的职业操守和沟通能力；
4、有亲和力，待人热情，工作认真细致负责，有责任心，团队精神；
