Write test plan and make test case;
编写测试方案，制定测试计划；

Write test documents and test cases;
编写测试文档和测试用例；

Build project test environment, update test software, deploy test system;
搭建项目测试环境、更新测试软件，部署测试系统；

Organize completes the function test and the performance test;
组织完成功能测试和性能测试工作；
   
Compile software test report and evaluate software quality;
编制软件测试报告并评估软件质量；

Improve testing process and testing level;
改进测试流程，提升测试水平；
   
What you need for this position:
职位要求：

Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or related;
计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历；

More than 1 years working experience in software testing or related industry background;
具备1年以上软件测试工作经验；相关的行业背景；
 
Familiar with the basic theory of software testing, master common testing tools, software testing procedures and the various specifications;
熟悉软件测试基本理论，掌握常用测试工具、软件测试流程及其各项规范；

Have a strong learning ability and initiative, can be competent for the work of high strength;
有较强的学习能力和主动性，能胜任高强度的工作；

Good team work spirit and rigorous work attitude.
良好的团队合作精神和严谨的工作态度。
