职位描述：
1：完成软件系统代码的实现；
2：辅助进行系统功能定义，程序设计；
3：根据项目经理的需要说明分析完成文档作成，代码编写，测试和维护；
4：分析并解决软件开发工程中的问题；
5：配合项目经理完成指定的任务目标；

任职资格：
1：大专以上学历，应届毕业生优先；
2：对IT技术，软件开发行业有浓厚的兴趣，期望在IT行业长期工作和发展；
3：具备需求分析和系统设计能力，以及较强的逻辑分析和独立解决问题的能力；
4：工作踏实稳重，做事认真、细心、有责任感，可承担一定的压力；
5：能熟练阅读英文技术文档，有一定的英文读写能力，英文4级以上优先；
6：工作表现良好，可申请转正，根据个人能力、性格来规划职业发展方向；

Job Responsibility：
1：Complete the implementation code of software system.
2：Assist to software system function definition,program design.
3：According to the needs of project manager,complete documentation analysis is made,coding,testing and maintenance.
4：Analyze and solve the problems during the process of software development.
5：Cooperate with PM to finish the specified orders.

Qualifications：
1：College degree or above,fresh graduate is preferred.
2：Have strong interest about IT technology,the software development industry, hope a long-term work in the IT industry and development.
3：Have ability of analysis and system design, particularly request strong ability of logical analysis and problem solving.
4：Request pragmatic and stable work, work conscientiously, carefully, responsible,and can bear certain pressure.
5：Proficient in reading English technical documentation, and have certain English reading and writing ability,
English level 4 above preferred.
