产品经理
岗位职责：
1、根据公司产品规划，负责线上音乐教育产品的整体规划、路径设计、项目产品开发和上线运营；
2、负责管理及协调开发工作，推动线上教育产品的开发顺利进行；保证产品研发进度和质量；
3、负责教学课程上线后的答疑、课程内容及教学形式持续优化与更新等线上产品维护工作；
4、整理和分析用户需求和反馈，完成客户端产品的规划与持续改进；并对产品推广效果负责。
任职资格：
1、本科学历，音乐及艺术相关专业优先，热爱音乐，热爱教育行业；对教育行业和在线教育项目有一定了解和独立见解；
2、2-3年以上音乐或儿童在线教育产品项目管理经验或产品研发相关工作经验，对教育技术有一定的了解和互联网教育术语理解能力；
3、具有敏锐的市场观察力及判断力，拥有优秀的产品规划能力；
4、自我驱动力强，目标导向明确，拥有高度责任心和团队合作精神，执行力强，工作细心，态度端正，并具备良好的沟通能力；
5、了解熟悉幼儿教育行业，能够准确把握用户需求。
