PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the overall smooth running of the operations of the Hub
2. Ensure that the security of the goods in the Hub is maintained at all times
3. Ensure that the staffs are trained and familiar with the work processes as laid down in the ISO 9002 procedures
4. To meet customer’s expectations and to fulfill contract requirements
7. To constantly review and improve the work processes. To ensure that procedures are updated and communicated to the staff
8. To ensure data accuracy and integrity in the maintenance of inventory
9. To meet with customers and work with them to promote the image of YCH as a World Class Logistics Provider
10. To ensure that all staffs are provided the required training to carry out their tasks efficiently and effectively
11. To conduct Staff Appraisal, Counseling and Welfare
12. To chair regular staff meetings and build up a committed and motivated team
13. To plan and ensure maximum utilization of storage space, equipment and manpower resource
14. To look out for opportunities to help expand and promote the growth of the Company
REQUIREMENTS
1. -University degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics Management.
2. Minimum 8 years' experience in 3PL operations in which 3 years in managerial capacity,
- -Good command of written and spoken of English and Mandarin
- -WMS background is preferred
- - FMCG is preferred.
