JOB SUMMARY
Work with Parkway China Medical Affair team, clinic staffs and clients to oversee and cooperate with local Health Bureau compliant daily activities, including Documentation Control, Records Management, Training System, Quality Control Inspection and Auditing Systems. This role will responsible for the following three areas:
1. Clinical Quality
2. Process Quality
3. Risk Management
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Clinical Quality
？ Implementing appropriate clinical parameters to measure clinical quality (using Balanced Scorecard measures)
？ Collating and interpreting clinical quality data
？ Designing and implementing plans to improve clinical quality in measurable ways
？ Preparing and assisting medical staffs to implement standard operating procedures, forms, and other documentation for medical processes
？ Assisting CMO to collecting physician performance date
？ Maintaining and enhancing cross-functional team relationships, especially with the Medical Staff and Medical Services
Process Quality
？ Assisting each department to determine and implement appropriate Balanced Scorecard measurement processes
？ Regular monthly summarization of Balanced Scorecard data for all related departments
？ Cooperating with clinic managers to standardize processes comply with local health policy
Risk Management
？ Determining and implementing appropriate risk management measurement parameters to continually assess the various risks to the organization
？ Collating and interpreting risk management measurement data
？ Designing and implementing plans to reduce risk in measurable ways
？ Leadership on medico-legal cases, including liaison with external legal counsel
？ Patient liaison where necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
 
1. A medical related degree; actual clinical practice as a physician or registered nurse is preferable but not mandatory
2. At least 8 years relevant working experience in medical services organizations, of which at least 3 must be in positions directly related to the above job responsibilities
3. Effectively bilingual in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
4. Familiarity with standard computer software

Job Knowledge, Skills or Abilities (demonstrate skill in Administration, Management and Teamwork)
