Patent Attorney:
Responsibilities:
<1>processing invention disclosures(understanding inventions, communicating with invenors, communicating with business expert, identifying valuableinventions)
<2>Drafting patent applications, answer office actions;
<3>IPR training of inventors and management;
<4>Product clearances for local Chinese products and support of product clearance for other P& L locations with respect to Chinese pantents and utility models;
<5>supports in IPR infringement issues and co-ordinate with P&L headquarter;
<6>other IP counseling issues

Requirements:
<1>at least 3years IPR experiences;
<2>engineering background (Mechatronic/electronic engineering);
<3>patent attorney qulification;
<4>communication skills(internal and external)
