Job Description:
·R&D Project costs reporting and coordinate with Central R&D Controlling &R&D functions
·Support Segment Head in to improve project profitability
·Planning and forecasting of R&D project spending in various international locations, consolidate for segment reporting, track actual spending
·Support R&D project controlling systems (Global PS, ePSR)
·Participate on IC4 Project Reviews
·Investments and headcount planning and tracking
·Accounts receivable reporting tracking
·Monthly cost center cost tracking
·Accrual & Warrany Reporting

Requirements:
·Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting with at least 3 years relevant experience.
·Excellent analytical skills and actively seek cost improvements.
·Strong partner for senior business managers.
·Excellent communication skills
·Possess good team spirit and work independently.
·Able to work in a business segment team with international contacts
·High proficiency in Microsoft Office
·Experience in Global PS, SAP.
