Purpose of the Job
?Lead the whole Production & Maintenance team in order to manufacture SATEE products in respect of the SQCD targets of the company.

Objectives
?Define and lead the manufacturing organization for each activity (Traction, Cubicle, HVbox, new ones)
?Ensure the full respect & the governance of EHS instructions within manufacturing area.
?Lead the different CI actions or project to achieve the QCD performance defined during budget, quarterly review & Project assumptions definition phase.
?Lead the maintenance department in term of corrective & preventive maintenance plan to optimize the service rate of our equipment.

Responsibilities
?Responsible for Production & Maintenance Management operational performance.
?Lead, coach & develop the Production team & the Maintenance team.
?Ensure the coordination & interface with other department & functions.
?Manage the definition, the follow-up of Manufacturing Work Package per project
?Commit on no deviation on Work package margin slippage.
?Participate to S&OP, MPS, or other transversal meeting & commit on deliverables.
?Manage Production scheduling at EPU level.
?Production output in adherence to Master Production Schedule.
?Ensure the full adequation between load & capacity in order to keep high productivity
?Implement & lead multi-skills training plan to achieve high flexibility of the production teams.
?Implement & lead the Work instructions within production organization.
?Ensure the respect of Industrialization & QA instruction, implement Self check by operators.
?Lead & ensure governance of all APSYS & Lean projects within the manufacturing scope.
?Lead & ensure governance of all EHS instructions & actions within the manufacturing scope.
?Ensure the respect of Tolerance 0 to any EHS deviation.
?Lead manufacturing plan to achieve continuously improvement of the Productivity year after year.
?Set up maintenance program and calibration for Jigs, Tools & test benchs.
?Lead maintenance team toward the goal of maintenance excellence, TPM philosophy.
?Implement OEE & achieve Equipment Service rate target.
?Define the production & maintenance inputs for Budget, Forecast and any Company plan & Commit to perform them.
?Follow weekly, monthly the actual manufacturing cost versus budget & targets & lead the actions to recover any gap.

Requirements
?Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge in Manufacturing or in Industrial aspect.
?5 years of experience in Manufacturing
?Good communication skills
?Good English skill both in written and spoken
?Mastering the Manufacturing methods, the Lean principles and TPM concept.
?Lead with sense of Kaizen.
?Rigorous & strict on QA & EHS requirement.
?Strong analytical problem solving skills to determine root cause of issues. Strong influential leadership skills. Proposes and oversees implementation of corrective action.
?Team-working and leadership
?PC software skill, MRP concept knowledge, ERP system knowledge
?APICS CPIM certification is considered a plus.
