职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责对商业购物中心装修施工单位进行管理，保证工作的正常开展；
2、负责装修图纸审查，纠正图纸错误，根据现场情况提出优化意见，督促设计部门对图纸进行修改和完善；
3、协助完成购物中心装修工程相关的各项招标工作；
4、对商业装修的质量、进度和成本进行控制和跟踪，对甲供材料到货及质量进行管理；
5、督促监理工作，负责组织酒店装修单项工程验收工作；
6、完成上级安排的其它工作任务。

任职要求：
1、全日制本科学历，艺术设计等相关专业，中级职称；
2、3年以上商业综合体装饰工作经验，有较强的现场管控及统筹经验；
3、有较强的沟通能力、计划能力和组织协调能力 举报 分享
