职位描述：
Responsible for the purchasing and buying activities within the Supply Chain department, ensuring that products and services are effectively sourced and delivered on time, at an acceptable price meeting agreed quality criteria. This shall include monitoring and ongoing development of all Sigma suppliers and identification of additional suppliers who would be able to satisfy future requirements of the business. Responsible for monitoring suppliers’ performance. Responsible for coordinating logistics issues, including storage, packaging and transportation issues. Responsible for the administration of operations ensuring procedures are in place and adhered to, meeting regulatory and customer requirements. 

任职要求：
1. At least 3-5 years related experience in manufacturing company, working experience in aerospace company takes advantage.
2.Skilled negotiator, who is able to manage relationships with suppliers, particularly overseas suppliers, partners, etc and obtain maximum benefit for the business.
3.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others.
4. Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
