Job Responsibilities:
? Mainly focus on online business developing. (Taobao, JingDong and other possible main online platforms in future). Monitor company online products price, cost and retail price change. Keep tracking price change range and provide information to relative sales instantly.
? Daily sales data collection from over 50 online dealer stores in Tmall and JingDong ( est. 60-80 stores by year end),Monitor key dates and update timely to maintain its accuracy, analysis and report monthly
? Understand online business status, timing and seasonal; work closely with sales, dealers for monthly promotion, help prepare materials for promotion propose, CM analysis, sell-in value and expected sell-out result; Join sales to monitor online promotion activates and collect result on time;
? For special seasons, like 6/18, 11/11, coordinate with sales and dealers, help sales watching closely about online stores promotion activites, report any irregular sales behavior in time; Be the contact window between sales and dealers and watch the whole online sales process, report any minor price changing immediately if necessary.
? Update online dealers and their stores list; Provides a focal point for sales administration issues, including the availability of online stores promotion period, penalty record tracking, weekly online link monitor report.
? Help operation manager to manage dealers’ sales contract matter, especially for online dealers’ yearly target, model, and authorization range and rebate condition. Do all effort to ensure the signed contract will be fulfilled legally, timely and efficiently
? Insures effective and accurate processing of online products buyback. Help manager to handle detail process and following process with agent. Report any possible riskes. Coordinate with team for other sales adm. thing with a flexible approach times when necessary. Support sales quickly develop more online dealers to meet business needs.
? From time to time the job holder will be expected to carry out other activities for which he/she is competent to do in order to assist in the efficient operation of the Company.

Basic Qualifications:
? Bachelor Degree is required with 5-8 years working experience, typically have a qualification in Sales commerical and/or a relevant Business subject, but may also be qualified through experience only, marketing background is preferred.
? Has previous Sales Administration or online sales experience working in a hectic sales environment, dealing with demanding online stores, sales and customers.
? Is computer literate, and has strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
? Has commercial acumen, in addition to product knowledge.
? Has the ability to work in a pressurized environment, maintaining good customer relations at all times.
? Has the ability to assimilate information quickly, efficiently, and accurately from varying sources.
? Has excellent literacy, communication, and numerical skills at all levels, with both internal and external customers.
? Has the ability to work on his/her own initiative while prioritizing and meeting deadlines, especially for sudden happen issues.
