Responsibilities
Support in data analysis and report preparation
采购系统数据分析和报告 数据准备
1. Assist sourcing manager on dashboard data analysis;
采购KPI月报表分析处理
2. Monthly supplier report data consolidation;
月度供应商数据整合
3. Ad-hoc report assistance
其他数据类分析整合
4. Release supplier performance survey and consolidate result;
发放供应商绩效评估调查表，整合反馈
5. Sourcing Projects implementation follow up
采购项目执行协调
6. Other jobs required by the line manager
其他工作安排
The qualification needed:
1. Students who major in Management or Economic/Accounting is preferred, better to have Strong Mathematics/Statistics background)
2. Good English both in speaking and writing
3. Be able to work in logical and structured way
4. Willing to take responsibility
5. Good MS.office skills, especially EXCEL
6. 3~4 days in the 1st week of every month is a must, other weeks is flexible (1~3 days/week)（eg. Feb to December）
