职位描述：
Major responsibilities:
1. Fulfill the headcount planning by using the resources effectively based on the headcount approval;
2. Develop proper staffing channels to make sure the cost and cycle time in a reasonable range;
3. Monitor the personnel cost in particular to bonus, overtime to keep the cost within control;
4. Conduct the salary survey, make salary competitive report for salary planning;
5. Support on the manpower planning, personnel cost planning:
6. Maintain and update the salary structure, incentive policies for operation and sales, service and others as required;
7. Manage the performance review to ensure the process is followed, take constructive actions to develop a performance oriented culture;
8. Handle the employee dispute/discipline/compliance cases properly to keep the employee relationship harmonization;
9. Conduct the HR audit regularly and take corrective actions to ensure the compliance:
10. Make sure the staffing, C&B, ER processes and daily activities follow the related national or local law/rules;
11. Work together with Labor Union on employee benefits, policy updates, employee relationship;
12. Other tasks and projects required by the Superior;

Bachelor degree or above ;

12+, solid C&B experience (5+ plus)
5+ preferred
Specialized in C&B, especially in salary planning, incentive;
Interview skills: Skilled in HR information system;
Familiar with the national and local laws related to HR;
 Having business concept;
 People-friendly leadership;
 Strong communication skills and problem solving;
Efficient and continuous improvement consciousness;
