工作职责：
1. 与Art Lead密切合作，按需求制作高质量游戏用模型
2. 与原画组和动作组配合，共同工作
3. 参与美术制作讨论，在3D设计和3D效果等方面提出自己想法和建议
4. 与程序团队紧密协作，确保3D效果在游戏中的实现
5. 积极保持与Art Lead和Art manager的沟通，保证游戏美术风格的统一
任职资格：
1. 具备2年以上3D游戏美术制作经验，擅长多种游戏类型的3D模型制作（高摸，低模）
2. 熟悉使用3ds MAX，Photoshop，Zbrush 软件
3. 熟悉、了解欧美游戏美术风格
4. 优秀的手绘贴图能力（针对低模游戏类产品）；具备多种游戏美术风格表现能力
5. 精于模型和贴图的制作，了解动画部门工作
6. 抗压能力强，能够及时完成任务
7. 能够善于接受不同意见，具备良好的沟通能力
8. 热爱游戏，喜欢体验不同游戏产品
9. 喜欢不断提高自己，善于与他人分享工作上的经验与快乐
10. 具有次时代游戏制作经验者优先
