Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage HR policies to comply with regulations in Republic of China.
2. Develop and execute manpower plans including recruitment, salary & bonus, training and performance evaluation.
3. Manage payroll process including entering and verifying payroll data, distributing payroll and expense checks, and paying insurance coverage to the employees.
4. Communicate with hiring manager in analysis hiring request based on company business development, develop and maintain recruitment channels.
5. Working and communicating with vendors for both social security, payroll, benefits servicing, Group health insurance etc.
6. Maintaining employee information in HR systems (Bamboo HR) through data entry and regular audits for maintenance of data integrity.
7. Work with line managers and employees to address employee relations issues.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
2. At least 8 years working experience with 5 years of experience as head of HR department for multinational or joint venture; experience working in software/high tech industry preferred.
3. Hands on experience for HR management 6 modules.
4. Familiar with labor related regulation, compliance and law.
6. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, a good team player ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures Innovative approach to problem solving. 举报 分享
