We are looking for a DSP Engineer with solid background in physical layer and signal processing to join our development team for LTE eNodeB system.

Job Description:

-与算法组密切配合，阅读及理解MATLAB算法代码。支持算法组改善算法性能及定点性能验证等；
-Closely cooperating with algorithm team, read and comprehend MATLAB algorithm code. Support algorithm team to improve algorithm performance and fixed-point performance verification etc；
-根据MATLAB算法，LTT协议及系统时间轴需求设计物理层软件，硬件加速驱动器。编写设计文件；
-Design physical layer software, driver of hardware accelerators according to MATLAB algorithm, LTE protocol and system timeline requirement. Write design documents；
-将DSP软件，硬件加速驱动器及相关测试框架编码及最优化。完成开发过程几级测试；
-Coding and optimize DSP software, driver of hardware accelerators and related test frameworks. Finish several levels of tests in develop procedure；
-与系统及测试组密切合作，完成系统集成及集成测试。分析并解决不同问题及测试中发生的漏洞；
-Closely cooperating with system/test team, finish the system integration and integration test. Analyze and solve various problems and bugs happened in the test；

任职要求：
Required profile:
-硕士及以上学位，通信工程、信号处理等相关专业；
- Master or above. Major in Telecommunication Engineering, signal processing or related；
-2年以上信号处理、基带或者DSP相关经验；
- 2+ years with good development experience in signal processing, baseband or DSP related；
-雄厚的的数位通讯及信号处理理论背景；
- Strong background on digital communication and signal processing theory；
-有无线通信系统及协议知识背景；
- Good knowledge on wireless communication system and protocol；
- LTE/WiMAX/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/CDMA2000优先；
-LTE/WiMAX/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/CDMA2000 is preferred；
-精通C/C++ 及MATLAB；
- Proficient in C/C++ and MATLAB；
-有DSP软件编程、TI/FSL平台优化经验者优先；
- Experience of DSP software coding, optimization on TI/FSL platform is preferred；
-良好的书面和口头英语能力；
- Good written and oral English skills；
-良好的团队合作及沟通能力。
