PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management, purchase and distribution of office stationery, office supplies and common office items and consumables
• 负责办公室文具及各类办公消费品的采购、配给流程管理
• Manage cleanliness of office areas and office surroundings
• 负责办公室的卫生管理工作
• Manage and coordinate general property and general office maintenance, repair work, internal fittings and decoration
• 负责办公室日常维护、修理、装饰的协调管理工作
• Manage gardening & landscaping
• 负责园艺和景观美化管理工作
• Assist department head in office layout
• 协助办公室各部门布局规划
• Liaising with administration authorities
• 与行政上级保持顺畅沟通
• Coordinate postal and courier service, and internal mail circulation
• 负责邮政、快递，及内部邮件的分发传递工作
• Manage telephone directory, and distribution of fax
• 负责电话接待及收发传真工作
• Manage general office equipment (photocopy, refrigerator, microwave etc)
• 负责办公室主要电器（如复印机、冰箱、微波炉等）的管理
• Schedule booking of meeting rooms
• 预订会议室
• Management and purchase of food & beverage
• 食物、饮料的采购管理
• Track movement and labeling of fixed assets within the office premise
• 跟踪和分类办公室的各类固定资产
• Manage travel arrangement for staff and visitors – hotel & air ticket booking
• 各类旅行安排管理，包括酒店、飞机的票务订购
• Manage and schedule use of company motor vehicle
• 负责公司车辆安排管理
• Control and register office keys and locks
• 办公室门锁的登记管理
• Updating and distribution of standard forms and documents
• 制定更新和分类标准化的表格及文件
• Coordinate reception / visitors
• 协助前台接待、客户拜访事宜
• Assist department head in planning company activities
• 协助部门经理组织计划各项公司活动
• Assist in some basic accounting functions
• 协助财务部门一些基本会计工作

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum college diploma in any discipline, preferably relating to business administration
• 至少大专以上相关学历，企业管理专业优先考虑。
• 5 years working experience in administration.
• 5年以上行政工作经验。
• Good organization skills, and proactive in problem solving and process improvement.
• 良好的协调组织能力，善于积极处理和解决各项行政问题。
