职位描述：

1.通过工件的图纸和三维模型来分析工件的材料特性，表面处理，尺寸和公差要求。定义零件的加工工艺，工件的加工准备，夹具设计，加工刀具的工艺设计和刀具订购。运用MS Office，Solid Works，TopSolid CAM 和TDM为数控编程创建三维模型，编写加工准备文件和数控程序。
2.使用SAP并应用TRUMPF标准创建工艺路线。确保实际的工艺准备，加工时间和返工时间在SAP工艺路线中得到正确反映。
3.更新和维护刀具信息管理系统-TDM。
4.对刀具库，刀具供应，库存和设备进行管理。
5.能操作数控机床，现场工件准备和对数控程序调试。
6.就涉及到所有相关的加工过程对操作工进行培训和支持，指导操作工的工作

能力要求：

1.三年以上数控铣床操作经验，三年以上数控编程经验，三年以上西门子840D数控系统的经验，对Solid Work和 TOPSolid CAM熟悉者优先
2.熟悉数控加工, 数控编程, 西门子 840D 手工编程, 夹具设计。
3.能承受较大的工作压力。
