职位描述：
1.？ 重新建立和改善现有Trio工时体系，推动标准工时体系的执行
Re-Develop and improve current Trio’s labor standard and drive to implement
2.优化现有工艺过程，持续推动制造工时的降低
Optimize current manufacturing process and continually drive manufacturing cost to be reduced
3.参与并支持工厂精益改善项目，推动生产效率的提升
Participate and support Factory lean project, continually support improvement of productivity
4.参与并支持工厂总体规划，确保工厂具体规划与策略一致
Participate and Support Factory Master Plan, to make sure the plan align with Future strategy
5.执行被委派的其它工作。
Execute other works assigned.
知识要求:
Knowledge Requirements:
1.深入了解工时标准体系的建立例如MOD, MTM等方法，熟悉生产线设计计算和生产线混线平衡等相关IE理论
Be familiar to labor system development such as MOD,MTM and so on, and be familiar to design and calculate production line and balance mixed line, other IE knowledge is plus
2.掌握机械加工制造、机械原理、金属工艺学、公差配合与技术测量等基础理论知识
Grasp basic theory concerning machine processing and manufacture, mechanical principle, metal technology, tolerance stack up and technical measurement, etc.
3.熟悉工装设计、工艺编制程序，能指导各类（焊接、冲压、机加、装配）工艺过程的制定与审核。
Be familiar with fixture design and manufacturing process development, and be able to guide formulation and audit of various kinds of manufacturing process (welding, fabrication, machine processing, and assembly).
4.熟悉精益生产和六西格玛的基本理念，能使用8D解决质量问题和制造成本降低
Be familiar with Lean and Six Sigma, be able to resolve quality issues by 8D and reduce manufacturing cost by Lean thinking
5.熟悉各种加工设备的结构和性能特点
Be familiar with the structures and properties of various kinds of processing equipment
6.熟悉联合矿上设备结构和特点
Be familiar with the structures and properties of Mineral Equipment.
Qualifications:
1.大本以上学历，工业工程，机械设计、机械制造或相关专业
University education or higher, major in Industry engineering, manufacturing design or related specialty
2.7年以上从事工业工程经验。
Over 7 years of experience in industry engineering of heavy machinery
3.良好的计算分析能力
Excellent calculating and analyzing ability
4.良好的沟通能力
Excellent communicative ability
5.熟练掌握计算机绘图软件（AutoCAD、NX, TeamCenter）
Grasp computer drawing software (AutoCAD、NX, TeamCenter)
6.熟练的英语口语
Fluent Oral English Skill
7.良好的计算机操作水平(SAP, Office)
