职位描述：
CoolerMaster China is currently seeking a leadership position for Electronics Engineering with the primary responsibility to build up electronic engineering team, lead to execute engineering function and mentor junior engineers. In this role, you will also help to manage the current engineers and recruit new team members, work with global engineering to build up process.
寻求COOLERMASTER在中国区电子工程的主要负责人，建立电子工程团队的领导地位，带领执行工程功能和指导初级工程师。在这个角色中，您也将管理当前的工程师，并招募新的团队成员，与全球工程合作，以建立管制流程。

Primary functions includes:

Recruit, manage and mentor engineers to build up the organization
负责招聘、管理和指导工程师，并建立电子工程组织
Work with global team to build up process and execute accordingly
与CoolerMaster全球团队合作，建立并开展工作流程及计划
Lead and execute projects according to business plan;
根据公司业务计划来领导并执行相对应项目
Build up long term engineering capabilities, resource to support growth plan
建立永续的工程能力及资源以支持未来成长计划

Qualifications
任职资格

Comfortable in a dynamic, rapidly developing growth company, able to work with global team

Ability to prioritize and manage a variety of important and/or urgent tasks

Ability to attract, hire and retain industry-leading engineering talent
能够吸引、招聘和留住行业顶尖的工程技术人才
10-15 years’ experience in EE field and in management position with minimum at least 5 years in leadership
有10-15年的EE领域工作经验，在领导管理职位有至少5年以上岗位工作经验
Track record of bringing multiple products to market
有将多个产品推向市场的经验
Multitasker; Competitive, dominant personality with high energy.
能同时处理数个任务, 有竞争力，展现出高能量的个性
BS in Engineering, Masters Engineering preferred from recognized university
工程学士学位及硕士学位的人员优先考虑
Familiar with design process, flow and testing requirement, equipment and design tool management
