职位描述：
Job Description

1.Project task control
Have the capability to define project specification and scope work, work with project team (internal and external) to ensure the assigned task of capex or related project on schedule and under budget. Also take lead of FAT accroding to Armacell standard checklist.

2.Mechanical device development
Design feasibility device and tools to be suitable for our production and project

3.Database buildup
Buildup drawing database with 2D and 3D software

4.Equipment improvement
Improve existing process equipment to make it more efficiency and easily operation, also consider to utilize the exiting equipment to get better output.

5.Technical support for maintenance
Support plant engineering team to do maintenance with professional eye and technology

6.Standardization equipment
Build up mechanical& electrical specification and requirement of equipment and facility to standardlize it

7.New equipment sourcing
Source new technical and equipment to develop our process

8.Changeover and absorption
Develop equipment and facility in local base on armacell worldwide advanced facility and tools

9.Support for APAC plant
Support our APAC(Korea,Thailand, Suzhou, India, Australia) plant in technical and equipment

10.WAM application for early equipment
Monitor equipment and facility with WAM concept during design ,purchase and fabrication, also support EEM model project in the region.


Job Specification

1.College degree or above,major in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical & Electrical Integration or relevant
2.At least five years experience in equipment maintenance or design in manufacturing environment
3.Familar with mechanical parts design with basic electrical knowledge, metal material choosing to meet our production equipment requirement, good electrical knowledge is preferred
4.Problem analyzing and solving for production machines or devices
5.Familar with kinds of mechanical parts such hydruaulic,pneumatic,actuators and driving system;
6.Capability of 2D/3D drawings , Autocad,Pro-E etc.
7.English fluent in speech and writing. Other languages will be helpful
