职位描述：
1、负责客户信息管理；
2、负责存档合同的收集、整理、归档；
3、负责客户按揭贷款的手续办理，跟进按揭进度，加速银行或公积金中心放款过程。
4、完成售楼部日常行政工作。
岗位要求：
1、20—35岁，大专以上学历；
2、熟练操作电脑，熟练使用Excel表格和Word文档；
3、有房地产相关从业经历者优先考虑；
4、有良好的沟通、协调能力。
本岗位每月有激励提成，月收入高于市场平均水平。
