职位描述：
Key job responsibilities:
Product Manager for Installation systems and Drainage systems
Manage product development process and product life cycle
Initiate marketing activities for sanitary system products (including Installation systems, Monolith, Public systems and Drainage systems), e.g promotion, e-commerce, to develop business.
Product sales analysis to find out the problem on sales/products and support on improvement
Investigate the product needs in the various markets and countries in Asia Pacific
Formulate the technical and cost requirements for the products in various markets
Control the achievement of the targets of new products which he/she launched
Support the markets with training and technical knowledge and provide the necessary technical calculations, technical documents and data for approvals, standards, and other sales supporting documents
Propose product strategies for the different countries in cooperation with respective marketing and sales managers.
Keep close contact to the markets and sales organizations to provide the best market service to them
Other tasks that delegated by line manager.

Requirements:
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Bachelor degree with major in business management/engineering/marketing, MBA is preferred
More than 5 years’ experience including 3 years in related industrial background.
Good marketing knowledge and market sense, good analytical and presentation skill. Product marketing or brand manager experience in FMCG is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good self-motivation skill when working under pressure and in diversified culture
Advanced computer skills including PPT, excel and word. 举报 分享
